This is a time of transformation and growth. Everything around you and within you is changing. Things are exciting, and maybe a little bit scary. My role is to be a guide, to help you through the difficulties that you may be facing, and to prepare you for what is to come.
What is a doula?
A birth doula provides emotional, physical, and educational support to a birther during the most tender time of their life. As a doula, I am trained in techniques to help make the birth experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Studies have shown that the care of a doula greatly improves the birth experience.
